Our ten workers, divided into three teams, and five vans give us the capacity to organize packing, carrying out, transport, and placement of items without shifting coordination responsibilities to the client. There is no need for personal involvement at any stage of the process. Every step, from apartment inspection to final arrangement, is carried out according to agreed guidelines and your requirements, even if you are not present.

This moving approach suits families, employees, and anyone who prefers not to coordinate multiple contractors themselves. Our workers take on the agreed physical tasks, while the client sets priorities, item arrangement, and special requests.

How the Scope of Complete Service is Agreed Upon

The agreement begins with a joint walkthrough or an accurate assessment based on your inventory. Rooms, types of items to be moved, and specific needs are thoroughly detailed. Each room is analyzed, and special furniture pieces or delicate items are noted along with agreed priorities.

For example, glassware and family keepsakes receive special protection, while electronics and books are sorted by room and purpose.

With professional packing, box contents are arranged by room and item sensitivity. Kitchenware, books, and clothing require different preparation, and clearly labeled boxes facilitate unpacking.

Furniture disassembly and part labeling

Disassembly involves taking apart larger pieces of furniture such as wardrobes, beds, and shelves for easier and safer transport. Each component is carefully dismantled, while small parts and screws are packed into separate bags with clear labels to facilitate later assembly.

Before loading, we check which wardrobes, beds, and shelves need to be disassembled. The agreed furniture disassembly and assembly includes labeling parts and reassembling them at the new address, when the furniture construction allows it.

Coordination of workers at the old and new locations

Efficient team organization allows work to be done simultaneously at multiple locations. Five vans and three teams with a total of ten workers are available, enabling parallel packing, transport, and placement of items in Belgrade within one day.

At the old apartment, one team takes care of protection and carrying, while another team at the new location organizes the layout and assembly according to the agreement. This arrangement ensures efficiency and maximum attention to every detail. Coordination between teams involves constant communication and up-to-date monitoring of the moving process, so that every part of your belongings is ready for entry and assembly at the right time without delays.

Transport without additional obligations for household members

Clients do not need to be present during loading and transport – everything is supervised by a responsible team member, and records of every box and item are regularly updated. During the move, items are checked against the inventory, with the possibility to receive information about the status and location of belongings at any time.

If the new address is not immediately ready for entry, temporary storage of items is discussed as a separate option, not as a mandatory part of the turnkey service. The most important thing is to know in advance where each item should arrive.

For exceptionally large moves and moves with multiple points, a moving truck is used, allowing the transport of a larger number of items in one day.

Assembly and placement of furniture by agreement

At the new address, the team assembles furniture according to the agreement and places items in precisely designated rooms. Assembly covers all standard pieces, and each element is positioned in the agreed location, with the possibility to adjust the layout according to your wishes on site.

For special pieces or additional requests, we offer special assembly, while the client is free to define priorities for each room. Care is taken to protect floors and walls during work, and leftover materials and packaging are sorted and removed upon completion of assembly.

Which personal items does the client set aside in advance

The client is required to set aside personal documents, valuables, keys, and items not included in the agreed move. If needed, we can provide special boxes for items with sentimental value, but it is recommended that you carry money, valuables, and medical supplies yourself.

The final price depends on the number of rooms, volume of items, type of property (apartment, house, commercial space), accessibility, and selected additional services. Details such as floor level, presence of an elevator, need for special packing, or hiring additional teams are included in the overall assessment.
