Who we want on our team
At our agency, we value workers with experience in demanding relocations, van driving, and client interaction. Experience in relocations and physical labor is mandatory
On-site, at least several years of real relocation experience is expected: safely carrying bulky and heavy furniture, proper use of straps, protecting passages and floors, packing fragile items, and neat loading. The candidate must be able to assess risks and organize work with the team without improvising at the expense of safety.
If you have already worked in relocation jobs, you know how important discipline, endurance, and the ability to quickly and safely solve challenges are. These skills are the foundation of every team member. In our environment, experience is valued, and every contribution improves collective organization and service quality.
Driving license and experience with large vans
A valid category B driving license and verifiable experience operating the largest vans and trucks, especially in urban conditions and maneuvering narrow streets, are mandatory. Category C is desirable but not required. The candidate must have the right to drive without an active driving ban. The vehicles we use are presented within our fleet.
- It is essential that the candidate has no active driving ban

- Practical experience driving in Belgrade and surrounding areas and navigating urban conditions
- Independent assessment of space and access to loading and unloading sites
- Knowledge of traffic regulations and application of safety rules in daily work
Packing, protection, straps, and heavy loads
The worker must know how to properly place straps, distribute the load among team members, protect furniture and surfaces, pack fragile items, and secure belongings in the vehicle. Experience with heavy loads and working without compromising personal or others' safety is essential. The materials and tools we use are presented on the our equipment page.
The ability to assess the weight and carrying method of items, as well as teamwork during the transport of heavy loads, is crucial for safe and efficient work. Every team member is expected to know how to protect electronics, furniture, and other valuables during transport.
Furniture assembly and disassembly on site
Candidates are expected to have practical knowledge of assembling and disassembling wardrobes, beds, shelves, and other furniture. Independent handling of hand and power tools, marking and safeguarding fasteners, as well as careful assembly of furniture at the new location, are required.
- Disassembly and assembly of wardrobes, beds, and desks on site with efficient use of tools
- Use of hand and power tools without supervision
- Quick assessment of which furniture needs to be disassembled for easier transport
- Compliance with safety regulations and preservation of clients' property during assembly
