Our equipment supports every stage of the move: from protective packaging and loading aids to complete furniture assembly toolkits. We select materials and tools based on the size, weight, and fragility of items, so that moving packing and furniture transport are organized according to on-site conditions.

Professional Equipment for Every Step of the Move

Different properties require different preparations. Narrow staircases, small elevators, or difficult vehicle access affect the choice of protection and aids, so the necessary equipment is determined before work begins.

Before moving items out, we inspect access points, floors, walls, and common areas. Practical examples of using protective materials and transport aids are shown in our moves in practice.

  • Equipment is selected based on property type and surface areas
  • We protect furniture, electronics, and special items
  • We have tools for assembly and disassembly
  • We always check loading possibilities and vehicle access

Packaging and Materials for Packing and Protection

Protection starts with choosing packaging that suits the item. Triple-layer and five-layer cardboard sheets protect edges and surfaces, while various types of stretch and bubble wrap are used for wrapping and additional securing of items.

We use triple-layer and five-layer boxes of various sizes, including large wardrobe boxes. Additional protection is provided by recycled cotton blankets, styrofoam sheets and granules, styrodur for staircases and elevators, and several types of adhesive tapes.

Protection of furniture, staircases, elevators, and sensitive surfaces

When carrying bulky items out, we protect exposed edges, staircases, walls, and elevator interiors. For this purpose, we use cardboard sheets, styrodur, and appropriate protective coverings depending on the surface.

Protective blankets made of recycled cotton, available in various sizes, are used for covering furniture and appliances. Styrofoam granules are used to fill gaps in suitable packaging, while protective materials are fastened in a way that does not damage the surface.

  • Styrofoam granules for filling gaps in packaging
  • Styrodur tapes for additional protection of elevators and staircases
  • Blankets of various sizes for covering furniture or appliances
  • Adhesive tapes for securing packaging and protective materials

Equipment for carrying, loading, and unloading heavy items

For carrying and moving heavy pieces, we use classic and American straps, transport skates with capacities from 200 to 400 kg, and a manual pallet truck with a capacity of up to 2.5 tons. Carrying straps are distinguished from transport straps, tensioners, and belts used to secure cargo in the vehicle.

When cargo needs to be pulled into the van via a ramp, we use a winch. We have various ramps for vans and trucks, as well as a truck with a hydraulic lift with a capacity of up to 1,100 kg. The choice of vehicle and loading method is related to the capabilities provided by our fleet.

  • Classic and American straps for proper carrying and load distribution
  • Tensioners, ropes, and belts for secure fastening during transport

The guys were great! They arrived quickly, professional, polite, and it was no problem that they carried the machine into a building without an elevator. Great experience!

Crane and large forklift with the help of partners

When a large load cannot pass through stairs or an elevator, we arrange a crane for lifting up to the fifth floor with partners, provided that access, load capacity, and safety conditions allow it.

For handling especially oversized and heavy loads, we also engage a large forklift through partners, in addition to our manual pallet jack. Such operations require prior site inspection and work planning, so a free moving estimate is an important step in the organization.

  • Detailed site and access assessment before engaging a crane
  • Verification of all necessary permits and safety conditions at the location
  • Lifting loads with a crane after prior inspection of access and safety conditions
  • Large forklift is used for industrial machines and particularly heavy items

How we choose equipment based on space and type of load

When selecting equipment, we consider the dimensions of items, their weight, floor level, access to the building, and the distance of the vehicle from the entrance. This determines in advance which protection, aids, and tools are truly necessary.

The goal is to move items with as little unnecessary handling as possible and with appropriate protection of the space. For more complex tasks, we plan the work sequence, number of people, and possible engagement of partner machinery.

  • We analyze the type of building and loading/unloading locations
  • We adapt equipment for residential and commercial spaces of all sizes
  • We recommend optimal protection for staircases, elevators, and common areas
  • We select tools based on the complexity and type of furniture assembly
