We specialize in moving children's playrooms in Belgrade, with a special focus on protecting and safely transporting equipment designed for children – from soft flooring and modular structures to toys and entertainment elements. Every stage of the relocation is carefully planned to preserve the functionality and appearance of the equipment while minimizing disruption to your operations. Soft flooring and small items are prepared using moving packaging tailored to playroom equipment.

Moving a playroom requires a plan for every element

Moving children's playrooms involves complete logistics – from the initial site inspection, careful protection and disassembly of equipment, to organized carrying, loading, transport, and precise placement at the new location. We pay special attention to all surfaces and elements that children come into contact with, using appropriate methods and materials for protection. All soft flooring, entertainment elements, and toy sets are packed according to manufacturer recommendations, and every phase of the move is documented to monitor preservation.

We carry out moves in playrooms located in shopping centers, hospitality venues, standalone spaces, as well as schools and kindergartens, adapting to each type of facility. Transport scheduling is coordinated with operating hours and space requirements to ensure the playroom can resume operations as soon as possible. This service does not apply to gambling venues.

Slides, tunnels, soft flooring, and party equipment

We transport all types of equipment typical for children's playrooms: soft flooring, modular structures, tables, chairs, toys, climbing frames, as well as slides, ball pits, tunnel passages, climbing walls, and educational panels. We specially protect parts in direct contact with children – cushions, barriers, flooring, as well as structures requiring disassembly and careful labeling for reassembly. We adapt packaging methods according to the material and sensitivity of each component.

  • Each soft flooring piece is carefully packed and additionally wrapped with protective material to remain clean and undamaged during the move.
  • Modular structures are disassembled and all elements are numbered, with clear labeling to facilitate easier reassembly at the new location.
  • Toys and small items are sorted by type, packed in specially marked boxes, and protected against loss.
  • Tables and chairs are covered with protective films and cardboard to prevent scratches and impacts.

Passages and dimensions of large play structures

Before the move, a detailed inventory of all elements is conducted – from toys and educational sets to decorations and larger modular structures. Dimensions of larger items and positions of fixed parts (such as climbing frames or slides) are carefully recorded to plan the safest method of removal and transport. Larger modular structures are disassembled as needed using procedures similar to furniture disassembly and assembly.

Access assessment includes analyzing vehicle approach possibilities, hallway passability, stairs, elevators, and the width of all passages. For facilities with difficult access or located on higher floors, a special carrying and loading plan is developed in coordination with management or the tenant. If necessary, we advise on the optimal moving time, which is especially important for playrooms operating during the day.

Labeling joints and protecting soft elements

All playroom elements are carefully protected: films, cardboard, sponges, or special materials are used depending on the equipment type. Disassembled parts are clearly labeled, and each component receives its own tag to facilitate assembly at the new location. Special attention is given to panels with illustrations and themed surfaces to avoid scratches and color loss. Foam, plastic, and fabric equipment is additionally wrapped to prevent dirt.

  • Toys are packed into separate boxes with precise content labels for easier unpacking and sorting at the new location.
  • Soft mats are covered with protective film and folded according to manufacturer recommendations, with additional corner protection.
  • Modular climbing structures are disassembled, each segment is numbered and recorded on an accompanying checklist for verification during reassembly.
  • Wooden and plastic elements are additionally wrapped to prevent scratches and mechanical damage.

How modular constructions are disassembled and carried out

Removing equipment from the premises is planned so that walls, doors, and floors remain undamaged. In facilities with specific obstacles, such as protective railings, low ceilings, or special flooring, workers apply appropriate carrying techniques and use protective gear to keep the space clean. If there is no elevator in the building, a special removal plan is made and additional workers are engaged for bulky or heavy items.

For transporting larger modules, such as slides or ball pits, team coordination and special carrying techniques are used. After loading is complete, the playroom is left clean, without any traces of the move.

Transport of nets, mats, and equipment parts

The load arrangement in the vehicle is adapted to the type and dimensions of the equipment. Soft mats and sensitive elements are stacked so they are not exposed to pressure, while sturdier constructions and tables are placed along the vehicle sides for added stability. Panels with illustrations and soft barriers are always placed in the safest spots, with additional securing using straps and protective materials.

Small toys and educational sets are packed in closed boxes with clear labels, while foam, plastic, and fabric elements are specially protected against deformation and dirt. Read more about professional packing at packing for moves.

Arrangement of elements in the new play area

At the new address, elements are unloaded and arranged according to the pre-agreed plan. Modular constructions are assembled first, and soft mats are placed on a clean surface. All toys, decorations, and additional entertainment elements are sorted and carefully arranged into appropriate zones. If needed, the team can assist with final space organization to have the playroom ready for operation as soon as possible.

  • Soft mats are laid out in designated spots according to the play area's layout and client plan.
  • Chairs and tables are placed in agreed zones to be ready for immediate use.
  • Toys, entertainment elements, and decorations are unpacked, sorted, and arranged by type and purpose.
  • Any potential damage or missing items are immediately recorded and reported to the client, and the space is additionally cleaned if necessary before starting operations.

The guys were great! They arrived quickly, professional, polite, and it was no problem that they carried the machine into a building without an elevator. Great experience!

What affects the cost of moving a playroom

The scope of work is determined by the amount of equipment, type and size of modular constructions, space specifics (floor level, vehicle access), need for disassembly, and number of workers engaged. Playrooms with multiple play zones, themed segments, or additional features require longer preparation time and more careful assembly. When arranging the move, it is important to specify all special requirements, such as time restrictions due to children's parties or the need for express relocation.

The moving price is determined individually based on an assessment of all the mentioned factors. A detailed equipment inventory and transparent communication enable optimal organization and a fair price.

Preparing the playroom before the moving team arrives

The moving date is scheduled by phone or through the contact form. The client ensures access to all parts of the playroom and provides information about any special requirements or space limitations. It is recommended to notify us in advance if the move is planned outside working hours, during weekends, or school holidays to avoid crowds and disruptions.

It is advisable to remove personal and valuable items before the team arrives. If temporary storage is needed, more information about options can be found under equipment storage. The client can prepare a layout plan in advance, mark zones for specific elements, and inform the team about special needs, such as protective barriers or designated areas for the youngest children. When the playroom is moved in stages, temporary storage can facilitate organization.
