Professional moving services for gyms, fitness clubs, or private studios – secure transport, careful labeling, and precise organization of every step. Request an estimate and leave the logistics to our expert team.
Whether you are moving to a larger space, renovating your current one, or opening a new location, you can count on us for complete logistical support and professional execution. For inquiries, estimates, or scheduling, contact us via the contact page.
Special emphasis is placed on organizing the move in phases when the space cannot be vacated all at once or when it is necessary to move essential equipment first (e.g., treadmills, bikes) followed by accessories and rubber flooring.
As part of gym moves, we transport various types of equipment: treadmills, stationary bikes, steppers, rowing machines, multifunctional cages, weight sets, benches, rubber mats, and group training accessories. Each machine requires a special approach – treadmills are disassembled to a size that allows passage through doors or elevators, while bikes and steppers are often transported intact but additionally protected at joints and electronics. For the heaviest machines, we use procedures designed for special cargo moves, including access and load capacity checks.
Describe what your move includes. We provide you with a transparent estimate, answers to all your questions, and the expected moving costs. Our expert's visit to your address is also free of charge.
Before executing the move, we conduct a detailed inspection of all machines and equipment at both the old and new locations. Special attention is given to the dimensions of larger machines such as treadmills or multifunctional cages. The gym is surveyed to map all access points, stairs, door and elevator widths, as well as any potential obstacles (e.g., columns, steps, glass partitions).
The assessment includes analyzing access to the building, presence of elevators, stairs, passage widths, and the possibility of parking vehicles close to the entrance. This information is crucial for selecting the type of vehicle and number of workers. During the survey, any previous space modifications that might affect the passage of bulky machines are noted, as well as the condition of floors (whether they are reinforced and suitable for gym equipment weight).
Each piece of equipment is recorded and clearly labeled to facilitate reassembly and arrangement at the new location. Photographing disassembly stages and labeling components further simplify the assembly process, especially for complex multifunctional machines.
Carrying equipment out of the gym or fitness center is organized according to a pre-agreed sequence, using carts and hand tools for easier transport. When moving heavier machines, such as treadmills and cages, multiple workers and special lifting equipment are used to avoid damage to floors and walls of the facility.
Workers are responsible for safely carrying heavier parts, coordinating closely and carefully planning movement through hallways, staircases, and narrow doors. During carrying, each part is temporarily placed in a designated spot, and rubber flooring is removed last to protect the surface during the passage of heavy equipment.
We organize moves in Belgrade through six simple steps, from a free estimate and scheduling to safe transport and completion of the move at the new address.
See all 14 steps, from the first conversation with the client to the successfully completed move.
See the move step by stepAfter loading the equipment into the transport vehicle, each piece is secured with straps and protective partitions to prevent shifting during transit. Special attention is given to the placement of heavier machines, such as treadmills or weight racks, which are positioned along the sides or rear of the vehicle, while lighter accessories and rubber flooring are placed above or between larger parts for stability.
For larger equipment, vehicles with ramps and sufficient space for securing are used. If necessary, multiple trips or a larger vehicle can be arranged depending on the estimated volume. During loading and before departure, each cargo item is checked and recorded again, and the driver receives precise instructions on driving and stopping at locations with limited access.
Upon arrival at the new address, equipment is carefully unloaded according to a pre-made layout plan, considering the client’s preferences and space functionality. Each zone (cardio, free weights, functional area) is planned in consultation with the gym owner or manager to place machines immediately in their designated spots.
Workers carry each piece to its designated place, taking care to protect floors and walls from damage. Special attention is given when bringing in treadmills, cages, and other bulky machines. Rubber flooring is installed first as it also serves as protection during subsequent equipment carrying and assembly.

For an accurate estimate, a free on-site visit or sending photos and a list of equipment is recommended, which you can arrange through a free moving estimate. During the assessment, the need for temporary storage of machines is also considered, as well as any requirement for disassembling larger structures (e.g., wall cages, fixed bars, or racks). The disassembly of certain structures is organized similarly to furniture disassembly and assembly, with all corresponding parts preserved.
If storage or temporary placement of machines is needed, it can be coordinated with storage of belongings and goods. All estimates are individual and tailored to specific requirements. The price may also be influenced by the timing of the move (nighttime, weekends), as well as any need for special carrying equipment or additional protective materials. If the new facility is not yet ready, temporary equipment storage allows for a phased relocation.
The client prepares a list of equipment and ensures access to premises, elevators, and parking. It is advisable to inform in advance about any special requirements or restrictions in the facility. In some cases, the client may arrange temporary evacuation of users from the space or reserve times when the facility is empty to make the move as quick and safe as possible.
For additional help with packing, disassembly, or assembly, you can also use furniture assembly and moving box services. Before the team arrives, it is recommended to separate and secure valuable and personal items, as well as gym documentation, and to turn off and prepare all electronic devices (e.g., reception computers, speakers) for transport.
